Make your Cake Therapy a little easier...try Cozy's 10" ruler. It's perfect for cutting and sub-cutting 10" squares. Let's bake!

3-Hour Twined Rug Class
Instructor MaryAnn Kelmer, owner of Fabric Rescue and MaryAnn's Scrap Basket, will help you remember those sturdy rugs Grandma used to make from old clothes. They lasted for years and were a testimony to the old "Use it up..." theory. Now you can make rugs from all that old, dated fabric that's been stored away in your sewing room for years. You thought it was beautiful at the time you bought it, but now you hate it. Cut it into strips and make a rug -- or a placemat -- or a table runner. It takes just three hours to learn and become addicted to rug twining. The book
Rugs from Rags is required ($10), as well as a twining frame ($30); both of which can be purchased from the instructor on the day of the class.

Sunday, Nov. 8 from 1-4 p.m.
Instructor: MaryAnn Kelmer                                                                                                              Fee: $25.00

Help, We Need a Class!
Our instructors often wish that they could read our customers mind to know what you, as quilters, want to learn. So, we think that we have found a solution...if you see something in the shop or somewhere else that you would like to learn how to make, talk to your friends, get a group of three together, tell us and then we will schedule a "Help, We Need a Class" for your group.
